Our Commitment to Sustainable Communities

With a strong commitment to people and to the planet, Eco Deco stands by its mission to provide eco-friendly, renewable products that have a low impact on the environment. We believe we will be successful only if we establish relationships with our customers, give back to the communities in which we operate, and conduct all business in a sustainable manner.
At Eco Deco, we walk our talk.

Recycling Program

If you are in the Charleston, South Carolina, area, we invite you to bring your unused Eco Deco paint and samples back to our showroom. We will recycle our cans and donate our paint to local organizations and charities that you choose. From schools to community centers and churches to charity organizations, all recycled paint will help brighten our community.

Local Vendors

Sustainable living starts with supporting the local community. Therefore, we chose to only work with local contractors, architects, and designers for our Charleston-based showroom. Even our web developers, printers, and marketing partners are locally based.

In addition, we are also partnering with local interior designers, who will contribute their favorite colors to our wide selection, and we will showcase these designers on our website and in our showroom.

Sustainable Showroom

In the building of our new showroom in Charleston, South Carolina, we made every effort to use eco-friendly supplies and materials. Materials from the demolition of the old space were salvaged by Sustainable Warehouse to be resold.

Sponsorships

Currently, Eco Deco sponsors the Chicago Riot rugby team and a West Ashley swim team, the Sha Mel Lon Stingrays. The contribution from Eco Deco funds the season for the under-8 coed swim team. The coaches and swim team staff are all volunteers, and the support helps equip the children with the proper supplies for a successful swim season. Please visit the Sha Mel Lon Facebook page for more information. We are always looking to sponsor more community-based programs.
